Summary: Very busy so check in took a while. It was a great location to universal and brekki was great. The bed was really comfy There was a wedding and the next day filming going on so the public areas weren’t so comfy to relax in

Summary: When we went down to have continental breakfast the hostess was a lady older hispanically were blondish pulled back hair was very rude and one of the host was a male older Mexican American and I don't recall his name was also very rude they made it seem as though we could not afford to be there which was very insulting we did have one come up and was very very nice actually it was too Mexican-American men that were tall and skinny and they were I believe the cleaners who would clean up the tables were very very nice they were the only reason why I think I did not complain at that moment because they served my son and myself as how we were supposed to be treated and I enjoyed the rest of my stay whether it be continental or I pay for it should not be the reason to be treated unfairly or rudely

Summary: The food options were great, but quite overpriced, thus we never actually dined with our hotel. We used other options. The bed was extremely comfortable with two flat sheets, one blanket and four pillows on the bed. There was another blanket provided in the closet if you wished to have more. The sheets were temperature friendly so you would stay cool if you’re a hot sleeper and vice versa.

Summary: Was very nice hotel, but had to pay $25 extra to rent a microwave. Also when i booked online, didn't explain about paying parking fees of $50 additionally

Summary: We were on the second floor right below the gym. We could hear weights dropping! We could hear all conversations in the hallway. Poor water pressure. $50 per night parking seems high. Food prices in the hotel were triple what they should be! The one great thing was the short walk to universal.
